From Struggling Mom to Dream Builder with FEG
I’m 45 years old, married to my amazing husband, Khedup Ritzekura, and together we are blessed with three beautiful daughters, ages 12, 14, and 16.
Before FEG, I lived a life that so many families can relate to — working hard, following the traditional path, but never truly living. I was a Corporate Financial Aid Manager earning about $55,000 a year, while my husband worked the graveyard shift as a machine operator making around $30,000. On paper, our combined income of $80,000 a year seemed decent. But the truth? We were stuck.
For 15 years, I worked 8–4 while my husband worked 11pm–7am. Why? Because we couldn’t afford daycare. We never went on vacation. We never bought a home because I was terrified of not being able to afford it. We never drove nice cars because I was worried about the payments. We worked, paid bills, and repeated the cycle. We had no control of our time, and certainly not our dreams.
Then life got harder. In April 2014, we found out my father-in-law had stage four liver cancer. By June, he was gone. We watched first-hand how devastating illness was not only emotionally but also financially. A year later, at just 36 years old, I was laid off from my job. Suddenly, I was broke, lost, and depressed. We downsized into a tiny two-bedroom apartment with rent of $600 — and even that was a struggle to pay.
As a mother, the hardest part was looking at my three daughters. They were supposed to see me as their role model, their provider, their protector. But I felt like I had failed them. I couldn’t even buy them a $5 toy without feeling crushed inside. I asked myself over and over: How did I end up here? Why am I working so hard, yet still living this nightmare?
That’s when FEG came into my life. And it came at the lowest, darkest point — when I had no belief in myself left. I only had $200, after paying the rent and buying groceries. But with my husband’s encouragement, I decided to take a leap of faith. It cost $125 to join, and I thought: I’m already broke — what do I have to lose? But if this works… it could change everything. And it did.
The first two years were tough. I could market the product, but building a team was hard. Still, I refused to quit. I told myself, “If I just keep trusting the process and the system, my time will come.”
And then, everything shifted. After attending a Super Saturday event, I learned about Equity Share. I knew I had to lock in my $100K — and by February 2020, I did it! That milestone allowed me to participate in the ESP1 celebration, and I received a check for just over $8,000. That day, I realized: If I can do this, I can do so much more.
I went all in — not just for me, but for my team. By helping six of my team members hit their $100K–$200K milestones, I unlocked an ESP2 check of more than $437,000. I hit $200K myself, and in less than six months, I reached $300K and then $400K. On top of that, I qualified for dream trips around the world: the Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos, Barcelona, Punta Mita, and now Monaco. Even better, I was able to take my girls and my parents on vacations — from Hawaii to Florida and beyond — to finally give back to the people who supported me through the hardest times.
From those victories and my ESP2 check, we built our first home — a dream home of more than 4,900 square feet. I even bought my husband a new car. These were dreams I once thought were impossible. But only here in FEG did I learn how to dream again — and dream bigger than ever before.
My next goal is to become a millionaire within the next two years. And I know it’s possible because my mentors have already paved the path. All I have to do is follow in their footsteps and continue helping others build their business. With my husband by my side as my business partner, I know we can make it happen — because when a couple shares the same vision and dream, anything is possible.
What I’ve learned in FEG is this: when you step outside of your comfort zone and believe in yourself, anything is possible. The system is already built for all of us to succeed together. What keeps me going every day is my team — seeing them win promotions, get paid weekly, hit $100K and beyond, qualify for trips, and realize they, too, can change their lives.
The beauty of this business is simple: the more people I help succeed, the more I succeed too. It’s all about teamwork.
To everyone reading this, I want you to know there’s no difference between you and me. The only difference is the choice to believe in yourself and take the opportunity. FEG came into my life when I was broken and hopeless — and it gave me faith, freedom, and a future.
Today, I’m proud to say I’ve found my passion. And my mission is to give others the same hope I once needed. If you’re ready to change your life, join us. This crusade is about more than business — it’s about family, freedom, and building legacies together.
