My name is Ronald Lee Jr. I’m 44 years old, a proud father of three amazing children—Dymand (23), Ronald III (14), and Rhonnie (5)—and a grateful partner to Amanda Hodroff. Everything I do is driven by one purpose: to create a lasting legacy for my family and my community.
Before Freedom Equity Group, my life looked very different. I was a fifth-year apprentice sheet metal worker with Local 10 in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. The work was hard—hauling heavy materials every day, slowly wearing my body down. Then COVID hit. I was laid off, struggling financially, and unsure of what the future held.
