From Soldier to Crusader with FEG

Before FEG
Before joining FEG, I proudly served in the United States Army as an infantryman and became a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I enlisted with one goal in mind — to fund my college education. But what I walked away with was far greater than a degree. The Army gave me discipline, resilience, and the unshakable will to push forward no matter how tough the battle. Those lessons shaped me into the man I am today, and they laid the foundation for everything I’ve been able to achieve here at FEG.

The Struggles That Brought Me Here
After coming home from Iraq, I thought my toughest battles were behind me. I quickly learned they weren’t. Even with a bachelor’s degree, I struggled to find work. Employers saw an employment gap, a lack of “experience,” and slammed the door in my face again and again. I started to wonder if this was it — if I had fought for freedom overseas only to come back and live a life of limitations at home.

Then everything changed. My best friend, Visual, introduced me to FEG. At first, I was skeptical. Could this really work for someone like me? But I trusted him, and I trusted the process. Taking that leap of faith turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Because of FEG, I found more than a career — I found a mission, a brotherhood, and a future worth fighting for.

What I’ve Accomplished with FEG
FEG transformed me from the inside out. Growing up, I struggled with communication, with confidence, and even with speaking my native language, Hmong. But with the mentorship and guidance of my leaders, I went through a complete transformation. I found my voice. I built my confidence. I stopped focusing on my limitations and started seeing opportunities.

Because of FEG, I accomplished things I never thought possible. I earned over $100,000 in just six months. I qualified for the prestigious Equity Share Program, receiving an ESP 2 check for more than $19,000. For the first time, I had both income and impact. My finances changed, my mindset changed, and my future changed.

Why I’m Still All In
My dedication to FEG is fueled by a burning desire to become somebody — to live a life of financial freedom, to travel the world, to enjoy experiences most people only dream of, and most importantly, to help others do the same.
